John has a deep expertise in market valuations and deal structuring, known for his ability to identify opportunities and secure quick, high-value results for clients. His comprehensive understanding of New York’s rental and investment markets allows clients to move swiftly and strategically, whether renting, buying, or repositioning assets.

Kristin brings over 15 years of client management experience, having led both commercial and residential renovations as well as marketing and operations for teams of more than 15 people. She specializes in creating efficient systems that deliver five-star service while driving growth and value.
