Founded by husband-and-wife team John Gulino and Kristin Pulaski, we complete more than 40 rental transactions each month across New York City and actively manage and own a portfolio of investment properties in both NYC and the Hamptons.

Kristin brings over 15 years of client management experience, having led both commercial and residential renovations as well as marketing and operations for teams of more than 15 people. She specializes in creating efficient systems that deliver five-star service while driving growth and value.

John has a deep expertise in market valuations and deal structuring, known for his ability to identify opportunities and secure quick, high-value results for clients. His comprehensive understanding of New York’s rental and investment markets allows clients to move swiftly and strategically, whether renting, buying, or repositioning assets.

With more than four decades of experience, Richard Pulaski is a highly respected general contractor specializing in luxury apartment buildings and private homes throughout New York City and the Hamptons.
